I have had the honour of serving in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces for many years in various units with differing rank (not continuously) between circa 1988 and 2012.

I have earned the coveted All Arms Commando green beret and then attempted Selection finally ending up in 3 MI.

I continue to support the armed forces in any way that I can. Raising money by running races even with my old bones now is one of those ways that I try to help.

I am running a 10k race again for the ABF on 03 March 2018 at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – I hope you can sponsor me.
