As promised, those who requested the word version of the notes and toolkit templates should by now have them.
If not, please contact me again and we will send them out to you asap. Apologies if that was the case. We did get a lot of people asking for the word version documents in a non systematic manner and that caused some confusion.
We will be sure to give copies to any one who attended and requests a copy.
